ADSE Engineering & Consulting and AirFi team to make the “AirFi-box” easily available on any fleet.
April 4, 2017 – HAMBURG: ADSE Consulting & Engineering and AirFi, the market-leading provider of portable onboard Wi-Fi platforms to airlines, announce a service that makes using AirFi even easier for operators.
The economical AirFi box is a totally portable streaming solution and has grown to 30 airline clients across the globe. No aircraft modification is necessary, so you are able to avoid high installation and certification cost associated with other IFE solutions.
The partnership between ADSE and AirFi has been ongoing for several years, aimed at developing and proving the AirFi concept in Airline operation. Now AirFi and ADSE further join forces to offer a service that makes using AirFi even easier for operators. The service provides a one-stop-shop worry-free solution for portable IFE on any fleet. Next to hardware and content it includes all analysis, reporting (and testing if needed) required to substantiate operational allowance with the relevant authorities on a continuous basis.
This entails a complete, hassle-free solution for portable IFE approved for airline operation. AirFi has always been the most portable IFE, but operators can now receive the AirFi system completely and continuously approved for their operation without any headache.
